I would have to know their last name, and I would have to feel that they may wish to be added to this page, even as a commentary.
As a measure of privacy, I would not disclose last names, or other identifying details. For example, if I had a friend named Frank Shmoe who lives in New York, I may state his area, but his name would show as Frank S. which could expand the possibilities from one to thousands.
If you feel that you would like to be added to this site (provided I recognize you), or if you wish to be removed from this site, please contact me directly. I would remove you the very day I received your request. Adding you would take a little longer.
